Payment
Payment is due within 24 hours of your session. I accept payments via online digital platforms or direct bank transfer.
Concessions
I keep a limited number of reduced-fee slots available for people on lower incomes. Get in touch to discuss whether this might be an option for you.
Cancellation Policy
Missed or cancelled appointments with less than 24 hours' notice will count as a missed session and partial payment of £40 (£30 concession) will be required. This is to cover lost costs, expenses and time of the counsellor.
Availability
I work weekdays and some evenings. Current availability varies, so please get in touch to find a time that works for both of us.
